Graduations: Academic Procession and staff volunteer registration

The April/May graduation ceremonies will be held between Monday 29 April and Thursday 9 May in Bonython Hall. Academic staff are encouraged to register to attend as part of the Academic Procession by Monday 8 April.ÌýStaff helpers are also required to assist at the ceremonies and can register .

Mental Health First Aid training

The free Mental Health First Aid course teaches individuals how to offer initial support to adults who are developing a mental health problem, experiencing a worsening of an existing mental health problem or in a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received, or the crisis resolved. Vale Emeritus Prof Allen Kerr

Allen Kerr in lab

Allen Kerr was the Emeritus Professor in Plant Pathology at the Waite campus and a world-renowned scientist. His work at the Waite over many decades had a tremendous impact on plant pathology and plant genetic modification. Allen passed away in December aged 97.Ìý

Dr Sarah Scholten receives Emerging Leaders award
