Executive Dean’s message

This year, the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences has already witnessed several achievements including the launch of the third year of the new medical program and the growth in numbers of students commencing our Allied Health and Psychology programs. Importantly, continuing student numbers in the Faculty are tracking above the last five years of trend, which is a real testament to the quality and reputation of our offerings.

Napier carpark changes

Construction on Bonython Hall to add accessible toilets is occurring from now until the end of May. During that time, the northern stairs to both levels of the Napier underground carpark will be blocked off. Alternate pedestrian access will remain available via the southern stairs (closest to the entrance to Bonython Hall). Some parks in the underground facility will also be unavailable for short periods.ÌýPlease follow the signage provided inside the car park. Further information:Ìýinfrastructure@adelaide.edu.au

Starting Monday 8 April,ÌýWellbeing@Adelaide will provide a calendar of ideas every two weeks over 150 days for staff to complete or come up with their own.ÌýIt could be as little as 5, 10 or 15 minutes each day for 150 days. Sign up now here.

How can you identify predatory journals (and conferences) which might damage your research impact and professional reputation if you publish with them? The Honourable Catherine Branson AC SC graduated from the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide in both Law (1970) and Arts (1977) and is currently in her third term as the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥'sÌý17th Chancellor.Ìý
