Douglas Mawson Chair in Earth Sciences: Professor Alan Collins

Professor Alan Collins has been appointed as the Douglas Mawson Chair in Earth Sciences.ÌýThis position was established in 1983 to acknowledge the work of Sir Douglas Mawson, the former Chair of Geology between 1921 and 1952 and highly esteemed Professor of Geology and Mineralogy at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide.Ìý

Le Fèvre Medal: Professor Yao Zheng

Professor Yao Zheng (School of Chemical Engineering) has been awarded the Le Fèvre Medal by the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Academy of Science for his work on splitting raw sea water without pre-treatment to produce green hydrogen.
