Maintenance service requests
The Infrastructure maintenance requests office will ³¦±ô´Ç²õ±ðÌýFriday 23ÌýDecember,Ìý2 pm. Emergency maintenance requests during the closure can be lodged with ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ Security Services on 8313 5990.ÌýNon-emergency r±ð±ç³Ü±ð²õ³Ù²õÌýwill be actioned from Tuesday 3ÌýJanuary 2023.
Bookings and events
The Bookings and Events office will ³¦±ô´Ç²õ±ðÌýWednesday 21ÌýDecember, 5 pm. Requests required for the holiday closure period must be submitted by Tuesday 20 December. Any requests submitted during closure will be actioned from Thursday 5 January 2023.
Access Control Office
The Access Control Office will be closed Friday 23 December, 2 pm through to Tuesday 10 January 2023.ÌýAccess changes for the closure must be submitted by Tuesday 20 December. ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ÌýSecurity ServicesÌýcannot provideÌýaccessÌýfor staff or students across the closureÌýunlessÌýto assist in a criticalÌýemergency.
Perimeter gates closure
All perimeter gates at North Terrace, Waite, Roseworthy and AHMS campuses will be closed to vehicles Saturday 24 December, 12 am to Sunday 25 December, 12 am. If you require campus vehicle access on Christmas Day, contact security on 8313-5990. Pedestrian access will not be affected.

With the commencement of theÌýIntegrity Unit as the key source of information on disclosures or complaints, the Fair Treatment Contact Officer network is now being dissolved.ÌýIf you wish to discuss behaviours of concern please feel free to contact the Integrity Unit.
Migration of Ebook Central to OpenAthens
The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ Library has been migrating access toÌýonline resources to a more modern and secure platform, OpenAthens. This migration has been seamless. The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ Library areÌýnow ready to migrate Ebook Central. This will also be seamless, unless users wish to keep the items saved on their bookshelf, notes, and bookmarks.ÌýMore information
Sexual Misconduct Policy and Response Procedures
TheÌýSexual Misconduct Policy and Response ProceduresÌýhave been endorsed and are available online. The policy came into effect 30 November and applies to students, staff, titleholders, volunteers, official visitors and contractors. Further information is available viaÌýSafer Campus Community.
