Schedule of Programmable Events Procedure
The HSW Schedule of Programmable Events (Safety Calendar) Procedure has been updated and is now available for comment. The update has taken the opportunity to simplify the planning of local safety actions arising from organisational change.

Register for policy updates
All staff are invited to register to receive updates on policies (eg consultation feedback, seeking nominations to join policy review working group, alerts to changes made after a policy review) within the DVCA portfolio, in the areas of Learning & Teaching, Student Experience, Education Transformation, Global Engagement and the Library.

TEQSA updates
The Tertiary Education Quality Standards Agency (TEQSA) registers and evaluates the performance of higher education providers against the . Staff are now able to register with Educational Quality and Compliance to receive updates about TEQSA and their consultations, publications and related legislative changes.
Roseworthy commuter shuttle bus update
As of Thursday 1 December, the shuttle bus between Gawler Station and Roseworthy Campus will reduce to one run each way in the morning and afternoon throughout Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Further information
Kofax planned outage
The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide’s payables system, Kofax, will be offline for upgrades and maintenance from Friday 2 December, 5 pm to Monday 5 December, 8 am. During this time there will be no access to supplier invoices or online Kofax forms; reimbursements and other payments. Further information

SATAC provides quarterly updates on their latest statistics and initiatives. Their latest issue is now available  and includes information on their new strategic plan and annual report. You can sign up to receive regular updates about SATAC .
iThenticate for HDR supervisors and students
HDR students and supervisors can now activate a free license to use iThenticate, a text matching software tool that compares submitted documents to an extensive database of web pages and scholarly content.ÌýThis produces a similarity report, allowing users to check the originality of their work and ensure sources are cited appropriately.
