Free health check

All staff and students can attend the health measure machine at Hub Central during Health Week, Monday 3 to Thursday 6 April, no bookings required. The station measures blood pressure, heart rate, body fat percentage, height, body mass index, weight, smoking status, perceived stress and diabetes. It will be manned between 11 am and 3 pm each day. Further information.

If you are looking for ways to enhance your teaching practice, thinking of applying for HEA Fellowship or a teaching award in the future, this session uses an evidence-based model to explore ways you can enhance your reflective practice to evaluate your teaching approaches and gather evidence of its impact. Tertiary Blood Challenge

Current blood donors, and those thinking about donating, are invited to join the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥'s Tertiary Blood Challenge team and contribute to saving lives. ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ needs over 30,000 blood donations a week. Further information.
