Union House staff consultation

There have been many ideas suggested during consultations for the Union House refurbishment of staff focused areas on level 5. Staff can view some design concepts and give further feedback at Stomping Grounds, Nexus 10 (9-11 am, Monday 28 August) and in the mailroom, Wills building (9-11 am, Tuesday 29 August).

Celebrating our colleagues: Corinna Van Den Heuvel

Professor Corinna Van Den Heuvel is the Head of the School of Biomedicine and the Program Coordinator for the Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences. Corinna’s contribution to higher education has been recognised internationally with her appointment in 2018 as a Senior Fellow of Advance HE.

Theatre Guild wins two TASA awards

The Theatre Guild's 2022 production, Hand to God has won two TheatriCAL Awards presented by the Theatre Association of South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥. It won the ComiCAL award for best comedy, and the Outstanding Performance (Play) award for lead Matt Houston. See the Theatre Guild's next production,Ìý,Ìýbeginning 12 October.

Pivot-RP to replace Research Professional

From Tuesday 5 September, Pivot-RP will replace Research Professional as the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥'s licenced online database of Research Funding Opportunities and News. Training sessions will be available and Research Professional will remain live until 2 October to allow time to recreate saved searches in Pivot-RP. Enquiries.

Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs in Architecture and Landscape Architecture

The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ is currently undertaking a review of the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programs in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Education Quality invites staff to make a confidential submission on matters relevant to the Terms of Reference. Australasian Academic Integrity Network Forum

Academic staff are encouraged to register early for the  on Friday 22 September. This free online event, co-hosted by the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide and Uni SA, provides a forum for sharing knowledge, best practice, and key questions in the challenging and fast-paced field of academic integrity.

September graduation ceremonies

The September graduation ceremonies will be held between Tuesday 19 and Thursday 21 September in Bonython Hall. Academic staff are encouraged to register to attend as part of the Academic Procession by Friday 8 September. Staff helpers are also required to assist at the ceremonies. Register here.
