Views invited on mental health laws

People are invited by the independent South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Law Reform Institute (SALRI) based at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide to share their experiences in using, accessing and dealing with South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥â€™s mental health laws as the first stage in a review of the Mental Health Act 2009 (SA). SALRI are particularly interested in ways in which the law and practice can be improved.

Celebrating ten years of SA law reforms

For the past ten years the work of the independent South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Law Reform Institute (SALRI) has led to landmark changes to the state’s laws. Today, Tuesday 26 October, SALRI’s work, which has benefitted many sectors of the community, is being celebrated at a reception hosted by Her Excellency the Honourable Frances Adamson AC, Governor of South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥.
