The ground and first floor of 250 North Terrace now feature contemporary finishes, more natural light, improved facilities and open workspaces.

Features

Ground floor 

  • Transformation of individual workstations into a modern open space. 
  • Refresh of the women's bathroom and accessible toilet, with new toilets, washbasins, mirrors, contemporary tiling and high-end fixtures. 
  • Addition of a full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and ample storage.  
  • New reception area with two workstations.  
  • New informal meeting area with plush booth and lockers. 
  • New meeting room with AV, acoustic wall treatment and sensor lighting.  

Level 1 

  • Refresh of existing workstations and adjacent collaboration area with new carpet and furniture, acoustic ceiling treatment, sensor lighting and fresh paint.   
  • Refresh of the men's bathroom with new toilets, washbasins, mirrors, contemporary tiling and high-end fixtures. 
  • Refresh of the existing meeting room with new furniture and AV.  
  • Addition of a kitchenette to replace the existing tearoom.
