Staff Culture Survey – free text question responses

Last week, we shared with you the outcomes of the cross-institutional Culture Survey that staff from both UniSA and the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide completed earlier this year. The survey aimed to better understand the strengths of our current university cultures and to identify what staff want to take forward as we work together to define our desired culture for the new Adelaide ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥.

Co-creating the Adelaide ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ curriculum

Since the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide and ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ Councils endorsed the creation of Adelaide ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ our communities have rallied around a common purpose, to build ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥â€™s most accessible, contemporary, and future-focused teaching and learning experience.

Falling Walls Lab: applications now open

We want to know what your solution is in response to the question: ‘As a result of scientific, technological, economic and sociological breakthroughs, which are the next walls to fall?’ Apply to present your 3-minute pitch at Falling Walls Lab Adelaide by Friday 5 July for your chance to go to the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Final in Canberra, and the Global Finale in Berlin. Postgraduate Programs in Business Administration

The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ is currently undertaking a Review of the Postgraduate Programs in Business Administration. Education Quality invites staff to make a submission on matters relevant to the Terms of Reference. Submissions can be uploaded to the now until Friday 2 August, 5 pm. More information.

Empowered Educators Workshop 2

The Empowered Educators series is designed to support teaching quality and the facilitation of student learning in the age of Artificial Intelligence. If you were not able to make it to one of the first workshops in June, it is not too late to start; you can access the materials on the MyUni course and begin to identify and plan an initiative to enhance student learning. Wednesday 17 July, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Ingkarni Wardli Level 7 Conference Room 715, North Terrace campus. .

Images of Learning and Teaching competition now open

The 2024 Images of Learning and Teaching competition is now open. Celebrate innovation in learning and teaching at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ with images that reflect our learning and teaching, and the people that make it happen. Entries that celebrate the diversity, innovation and creativity of our ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ are welcome from all Faculties. Submissions open Monday 1 July and close Sunday 1 September. More information.

2024 Pocket Statistics

The 2024 Pocket Statistics publication is now available. Produced every year as a companion document to the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥â€™s Annual Report, it provides a handy three year time series of student, staff, research and finance statistics for the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide, based on ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Government statutory data collections.
