Empowered educators workshop 2
The Empowered Educators series is designed to support teaching quality and the facilitation of student learning in the age of artificial intelligence. It is not too late to start; you can access the materials on the MyUni course and begin to identify and plan an initiative to enhance student learning. Wednesday 17 July, 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. Neurodivergent study skills workshops
This series of workshops are designed specifically for neurodivergent learners at all levels of their study and focus on academic study skills, executive function, and neurodiversity awareness. Each workshop will cover a different theme over a 12 week period. All students including HDRs, no matter their diagnosis status, are welcome to attend these workshops. Students must register their interest to secure their place as room capacity is limited. More information.

This workshop offers an in-depth introduction to R programming, emphasising its growing popularity among statisticians, data scientists, and researchers. Learn to use RStudio and Shiny for seamless code, results, visualisations, and documentation. Includes live coding and Software Carpentry Foundation modules. Recognise & Respond training: how to support students who have experienced sexual harm
This face-to-face session for staff provides a brief overview of best practice responses to disclosures of sexual harm. It includes definitions and relevant local legislation, information about reporting and support options, university processes and staff obligations. There will be light refreshments. PeopleSoft Finance will undergo a maintenance upgrade from Friday 19 July, 5 pm to Monday 22 July, 9 am.
