Celebrating Student Leadership – End of Year Student Leader Awards

The End of Year Student Leader Awards are an opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate the remarkable contributions of student leaders across our university. Staff are encouraged to consider nominating students who have demonstrated leadership, initiative, and a positive impact in any area of university life. Nominations close 5 pm, Thursday 4 September. Design course content that clicks with H5P interactives

H5P is a versatile tool that enables educators to create and embed interactive content directly within MyUni pages. This workshop will introduce you to the pedagogical benefits of using H5P to foster active learning and student engagement. You’ll explore ways to design activities that help students reinforce and assess their understanding in both asynchronous contexts and live sessions. Friday 22 August, 11 am to 12 pm. Online. .

Barr Smith Library open 24/7 during building works

From Wednesday 13 August, Level 3 study spaces in the Barr Smith Library will be unavailable due to major air conditioning and lighting upgrades. To support students and staff, and reduce disruption, the Library will remain open 24/7. After 7 pm, use your ID card for access to the Library. Further information.

Animal ethics - Research Master amendments deadline

From Friday 15 August, you'll no longer be able to submit amendments in Research Master due to the migration to ACES. Contact ORECI ²¹³ÙÌýaec@adelaide.edu.au for further information. Amendments can still be submitted in ACES for applications already in the system. Updates will be provided once migration is complete.

Melbourne campus closure

Following a comprehensive review and careful consideration, a joint decision has been taken with our campus delivery partner Kaplan Higher Education to close the Melbourne campus at the end of 2025. Kaplan remains an important partner to the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ and this partnership will continue into the new Adelaide ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ from 2026 for South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n campuses.
