    Dr. Kaiyang (Colin) Sun is a Lecturer (Full time) and Researcher specializing in Management, International Business, and Entrepreneurship, with a robust academic and professional track record in interrelated fields. His research addresses critical issues in the international management and strategic orientation of family-owned enterprises, particularly emphasizing entrepreneurial orientation, corporate innovation, and sustainability within family SMEs.
