Hugh Stretton Oration 2025
On Wednesday the 14th of May, the Stretton Institute hosted the Hugh Stretton Oration 2025 with Adam Liaw as orator.
Adam explored the topic ofÌýGrowing an Appetite for Good Food Policy,Ìýdiscussing how we as a society need to start to take the question of "good food" a little more seriously. At present, we actively regulate everything around food - trade, health & safety, competition, environment, labelling etc. - but have little appetite for specifically tackling the way we eat. Do we need a closer look at a structure of food policy that starts with food rather than ends with it?Ìý
