Celebrating the Inspiring Achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Graduates

Kaurna Elder Uncle Rod O’Brien, Cultural Advisor; Toni Shearing, MBA; Rigby Downs, MBA; Dr Justine Clark, PhD in Medicine Physiology; Rebecca Hayne, Bachelor of Health and Medical Sciences (Advanced); Christopher Crowe, Bachelor of Psychological Science; Professor Steve Larkin, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Indigenous Engagement)

During the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ graduation week, graduates will wear a cultural sash over their graduation gown that identifies their cultural heritage as Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander or both.

International Fellows Award launches

Adelaide ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ north terrace campus

Applications are now open for the inaugural ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide International Fellows Award. Fellowships of up to $20,000 each are available to bring international collaborators to Adelaide to work with our researchers and students on key global challenges. This round closes on 30 October and two rounds will be available in 2024.ÌýMore information.

English ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ John Gallagher award

Sandra Caon-Parsons, Education Advisor at the English language Centre was awarded the English ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ John Gallagher award for 2023. English ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ is the national peak body for the English language sector of international education in ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥. The award recognises the outstanding contribution of an individual to the ELICOS sector. .

ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ Awards for Outstanding Achievement

Up to 13 individual and team awards of $5,000 are available to recognise the many exceptional contributions of academic and professional staff and titleholders across the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥. An increasing number of stressed, anxious, or potentially at-risk students may be likely as we move towards the end of our academic year.
