Cherwell Implementation
In line with other service branchesÌýPlanning and Analytics will now be managing all customer requests with Cherwell service management software. Any email sent to panda@adelaide.edu.au will automatically log a service request in the Cherwell system where it will be triaged and assigned to the P&AÌýstaff member best skilled to service the request. A service request number will be issued to track the request until its closure.
