Top teachers lead the education of more resilient professionals
Three ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide academics - Associate Professor Michelle McArthur (School of Animal and Veterinary Science); Dr Thomas Wanner (School of Social Science); and Dr Walter Barbieri (School of Education) - have been named as top teachers in the 2023 ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Awards for ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ Teaching.

Maths & numeracy MOOC boost
The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide is partnering with Education Services ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ on a new $9.5 million project to strengthen the capacity of teachers to teach mathematics and numeracy in ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n schools. The project will deliver a series of mathematics Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for teachers and also produce an online mathematics and numeracy resources hub for teachers, parents and students.
