Quantum Frontiers and the Search for Majorana Fermions, presented by Professor Sergey Frolov

Professor Frolov is a distinguished experimental physicist at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Pittsburgh. His research focuses on electronic transport in low-dimensional nanoÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥, including nanowires and two-dimensional electron gases. Professor Frolov is deeply involved in quantum computing, working with superconducting qubits, quantum dots, and topological states. Monday 4 August, 6.15–8 pm.
