In this refreshingly different module, you'll discover how and why emotions can so easily be managing you, rather than you managing them in challenging situations. We keep things highly interactive as we share how you can thread simple actions into your day, allowing your self-awareness, emotional regulation and resilience skills to grow. When you improve your ability to self-regulate and manage disruptive emotions, thoughts and impulses, you’ll be better equipped to ‘roll with the punches,’ reducing your daily anxieties and emotional burdens.
