The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide has partnered with the Department of Primary Industries and Regions (), and the South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Research and Development Institute () to drive joint research activities in primary ¾±²Ô»å³Ü²õ³Ù°ù¾±±ð²õ.Ìý
The partnership aims to increase the volume, breadth and depth of collaborative R&D activity, from basic research to industry translation, extension and commercialisation.
By working together the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ and PIRSA are supporting the growth, sustainability, and competitiveness of South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n primary industries, food and wine.

NOLO
Development of a Trial Scale Research Facility for the No and Low Alcohol Sector for the South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Wine Industry
The South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Government Jobs and Economic Growth Fund has provided $1.98m to fund a trial scale spinning cone for research focused on optimising flavour and aroma retention in No and Low Alcohol (NOLO) wine production.
How can industry get involved?
SA wine businesses can apply to use the NOLO equipment for new product research, free of charge for up to 15 business days (per business). The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ will pass on the cost of any consumables.Applications can be made by .
