2019 New Colombo Plan Scholars - Rhona Hamilton

Rhona Hamilton is currently on exchange at the �Ӱ�ֱ�� of Tokyo. As a recipient of a 2019 New Colombo Plan Scholarship, Rhona has been funded for her exchange and a two-month internship with a photonics laboratory at the �Ӱ�ֱ�� of Tokyo, as well as an additional internship at the National Astronomical Observatory of Japan.
