On 22 July 2020, Prof Frank Grützner and Tahlia Perry from the School of Biological Sciences talked to PESTA about EchidnaCSI. EchidnaCSI is an ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ wide citizen science project which encourages the public to submit echidna sightings and collect scat samples for molecular analysis. Frank and Tahlia discussed the outcomes of the project as well as the usefulness of the citizen science approach to data collection.
