The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide MBA has been named sixth in the country in the 2015 ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n Financial Review Boss MBA Rankings, released today.

This is the highest ranking the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ has achieved for its MBA in this prestigious review and a move up four places since the last standings.

“The recognition of the as number six nationally reflects our strong commitment to academic quality and a preeminent student experience. The recognition is also a further reflection of the career success of our graduates,” says Professor Lawrence Abeln, Dean of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide’s .

“We have reshaped the MBA to not only focus on technical skills but also the skills that employers are looking for, like the ability to work in teams, critical thinking, having a global outlook, and of course, leadership.

“In our approach, the student's personal development is central to the program. Our graduates see the world differently. They will make a real difference in their personal endeavours,” he says.

Adelaide MBA students are offered senior business people who act as mentors in a program guided by a high-level Advisory Board, chaired by the Managing Partner of PwC, Gavin Moss.

“The boost in rankings for the Adelaide MBA is welcome news,” says Mr Moss.

“I am proud to be leading the advisory board which is helping to guide the Adelaide MBA. I truly believe the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide’s long-standing MBA is world-class and I’m sure we will see it achieve many more successes,” he says.

Professor Abeln says the benefits of an MBA are significant.
