U.S. judge to discuss Bush v Gore

The Supreme Court decision in deciding the presidency of the United States will be among three issues to be discussed at a meeting of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide's John Bray Chapter and the Law Society of South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ on Monday night.

His Honour Judge J. Clifford Wallace, Chief Judge Emeritus and Senior Judge of the United States Court of Appeals (9th Circuit), will comment on the following issues:

• The recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on the Californian "Three Strikes" Legislation;
• Jurisdiction of United States Courts over inmates of Camp X- Ray;
• The Supreme Court decision in Bush v Gore, deciding the Presidency of the United States.
