Dr Josie McLeanÌýis a pioneer of the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥n coaching industry, co-founder of the Climate Coaching Alliance, and recipient of multiple global awards. Josie holds a PhD in Organisational Sustainability from the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide, and her work spansÌýaward-winning research, influential books on complexity and leadership, and a growing library of academic publications and collaborative coaching guides.Ìý.
In conversation will be hosted by , from Mostly Books. Annie’s insightful questions will guide us through an exploration of Josie's most recent influential book Big Little Shifts, describing the leadership journey to lead systemic changes in relation to complex, adaptive challenges.Ìý
