Celebrating 125 years of Women's Suffrage
This year, the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide has celebrated the 125th anniversary of Women’s Suffrage in South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ by showcasing our pioneering female alumni, staff and students, as well as promoting our proud record of inclusion as the first university in ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥, and among the first in the world, to admit women to all of our degree programs.
The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ has also updated its North Terrace campus light pole banners to feature women associated with the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ who have blazed the trail for gender equality. A full list of these women can be found .
