Professor Dabing Zhang memorial scholarship
Qiwei Shen first encountered the work of renowned plant scientist Professor Dabing Zhang, who held dual academic appointments at the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide and Shanghai Jiao Tong ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥, as an undergraduate student at Sichuan Agricultural ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥.

UoA’s first successful Maitri funding submission
The ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide and O.P. Jindal Global ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ (JGU) have been awarded AUD$390,000 in funding as part of the from DFAT’s Centre for ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥-India Relations, for a ThincLab/ECIC – IDEATE Lab Business Incubator Collaboration.Â

Falling Walls Lab Competition 2024
Co-presented by the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of Adelaide (UoA) and the ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥ of South ÐÓ°ÉÖ±²¥, this year’s Falling Walls Lab competition saw six entrants present innovative solutions to the question, “"As a result of scientific, technological, economic, and sociological breakthroughs, which are the next walls to fall?".
