PeopleSoft Upgrade - Friday 9 August from 4pm

Due to the unexpected CrowdStrike Outage, the PeopleSoft FinanceÌýmaintenance upgrade was unable to be completed as scheduled in July.Ìý As a result, this will be rescheduled between 5pmÌýFriday 9 AugustÌýand 9am Monday 12 August 2024.

Service interruptions will be experienced for the Online Shop, Canvas Catalogue, Kofax, and other finance systems.

Please log out of all PeopleSoft Finance systems beforeÌý4pmÌýon Friday 9 AugustÌýat the latest.

After 9am on Monday 12 August, pleaseÌýrestart your internet browser and clear your temporary internet history before accessing the systems. The guide on how to clear your internet browsing history can be foundÌý.
